No. It changes the worksheet view. Cell protection and file encryption are separate features.
What is included in the freeze panes practice starter?
An original editable XLSX example with order id, date, customer, region, product and task instructions. The workbook includes frozen headers and a longer sample list. Freezing does not change the values.
Where do I edit the workbook?
