Does the timeline calculate a critical path?
No. It is a manually maintained schedule with duration calculations. Use a dedicated scheduling model if you need critical-path analysis.
What is included in the project timeline starter?
An original editable XLSX example with phase, start date, finish date, days, milestone and task instructions. Durations count calendar days inclusively. Working-day calendars and automatic dependency scheduling are not included.
Where do I edit the workbook?
Download the starter and open it in WPS Spreadsheets. Editing happens in the app; this page does not process or upload your workbook. Save an XLSX copy to keep working, or export a reviewed view as PDF.
