Must every person have a role in every row?
No. Leave a cell blank when the role has no involvement. Agree on your RACI conventions and usually identify one accountable role per deliverable.
What is included in the raci matrix starter?
An original editable XLSX example with deliverable, project lead, designer, engineer, sponsor and task instructions. The matrix records an agreed responsibility model. It does not grant access or assign tasks automatically.
Where do I edit the workbook?
Download the starter and open it in WPS Spreadsheets. Editing happens in the app; this page does not process or upload your workbook. Save an XLSX copy to keep working, or export a reviewed view as PDF.
What happens when I select the download button?
